Through our Youth Development & Leadership Training Program, we aim to encourage young people to discover their potential, develop practical skills and become active contributors to their communities.
Our program focuses on leadership development, communication skills, teamwork, personal growth, social responsibility, volunteerism and career awareness. We encourage young people to participate in community activities, share ideas, take initiative and develop the confidence to become positive leaders.
