Social Co-Operation Association (SCA) believes that education, practical skills and proper career guidance can create better opportunities for individuals and help build a stronger society.
Through our Skills & Career Guidance Programme, we aim to support students, unemployed youth and individuals from disadvantaged communities in identifying their abilities, developing practical skills and preparing for future employment opportunities.
Our programme focuses on career counselling, vocational training awareness, professional development, computer literacy, communication skills, leadership development and employment preparation.
We encourage young people to explore their potential, make informed career decisions and develop the confidence needed to succeed in today’s changing world.
Our goal is to help individuals become skilled, confident and self-reliant while contributing positively to their families and communities.
Together, we can turn skills into opportunities and build a brighter future for the next generation.
